Single component, high-performance elastomeric sealant for a wide variety of roofing, window, door, siding, trim, architectural metal, automotive, manufacturing and general construction applications. Asphalt-compatible formula is UV resistant and resealable (may be applied over itself). Exhibits exceptional elongation and flexibility and adheres well to building surfaces, even when damp. Paintable. Can be applied without primer onto brick, concrete, stone, all metals, glass, treated and untreated wood. For optimum results, joints should be a minimum of 4 times greater than anticipated movement with a minimum recommended joint size of 1/4 x 1/4" and maximum size of 1/2" wide by 3/8" deep. A good choice for most non-traffic bearing joints, including those where structural movement or stress is expected. Not recommended for traffic-bearing surfaces, extruded polystyrene insulating sheathing, acrylic skylight glazing surfaces or areas where food is processed or stored. Combustible during cure.
