SHIPPING ORDERS:
We ship all products on the next business day whenever possible.(stock
permitting) Stock delays are reported within 48 hours via e-mail. Due
to credit card fraud we only ship inside the United States without
specific authorization. If you are outside the area we can make special
arrangements - but you'll need to email sales@CornerHardware.com to be pre-approved.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
CornerHardware.com has a 15 day (starting from time of receipt)
satisfaction guarantee you may make a return on unopened materials for
any reason within that time period. You will be responsible for the
shipping charges to return the product as well as the cost incurred by
CornerHardware.com to ship the product to you. Some of our vendors
charge us a restocking fee for which you would also be held
accountable. In order to take advantage of this you MUST have a return
authorization number; all returns without an authorization will be
refused.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need for any reason to cancel your current order with
CornerHardware.com you need to contact us as soon as you are able, if
the product has shipped already you will need to arrange for a return.
If the product has not shipped you may make the cancellation at no
charge.
REPLACEMENTS AND DAMAGES
At the time you receive your order you need to be aware that you MUST
check the order for damages or missing items. If you do not check the
materials yourself, please make certain that the person signing for
them checks for damage or missing items. If no damages are noted on the
bill of lading CornerHardware.com cannot be held responsible for any
damages or shortages that occur. You should look for anything
suspicious, such as rounded corners, denting and gouges. It is
important at this stage to come up with an accurate count of damaged or
missing pieces and note them on the bill of lading. If upon closer
inspection you decide that you might be able to utilize the damaged
materials, you should still note the damages and attempt to make use of
what you can. If after noting the damage you decide you cannot utilize
the materials you contact CornerHardware.com and we will advise you of
what to do with the material! ls on hand or ask that they pickup the
useless materials to prevent you from storing them. Not every order
will have visual proof of damage on the outside, if you accept a
shipment and sign for no damages or shortages, discovering later that
there are damages or shortages hidden from view you must contact the
delivering company within 48hrs of delivery to report it. We are happy
to answer any questions in the unlikely event that your order is
damaged in shipment, and we can assure you that so long as any damages
are noted properly there will not be any difficulties in the
replacement process.
