1/2 hp garage door opener with reliable screw drive mechanism. Solid steel rotating screw eliminates wobbling for smooth, quiet operation. Utilizes Intellicode® rolling code technology, which automatically changes the access code transmitted each time the remote control is activated, preventing unauthorized access to the garage and eliminating access code duplication. Opener will not respond to the same access code more than once. Self-diagnostic Safe-T-Beam® system reverses door automatically when obstructions pass through the infrared beam. Green and red LED indicators alert you to malfunctions or installation problems. Adjustable ForceGuard™ feature lets you set the amount of force used to open and close the door. Twin-bulb lighting system is designed with a five-minute automatic time delay for safe evening entries and exits. Hinged high-impact, heat-resistant lens cover. Operates maximum door opening of 7-1/2 ft. Requires minimum of 2-1/2" clearance above the highest point of door travel. Will operate single or double wide doors. Includes emergency carriage release, one 1-button remote with slide-off cover for easy battery replacement, lighted wall button and complete installation instructions. Made in USA. 7 warranty on motor, 2 year parts warranty. UL listed.
